D-Day Minus 4

D-Day Minus 4.
It was time to fly to Busselton.

Walking towards the Boarding Gate, the feeling is so surreal.
It feels like walking down the IMWA Finishing Chute.
I am finally on my way to be an Ironman.

BFF's advice keep buzzing in my mind.
A kilometer at a time.
Hope I remember it, when I need it most.

Watched Green Lantern on the plane.
The movie seems to be telling me something.
“In the brightest day, in the blackest night, No Evil shall escape my sight.
Let those who worship Evil’s might, Beware my Power… Green Lantern’s Light!“

That the Will is stronger than Fear.
I have not developed the Mental Toughness to succeed for nothing.

I do realise this race is no science fiction, it is pure physical and mental.

Even the lead actor's name sound like me.
Hal Jordan sounds like Hail Jodan. (Okay, it does sounds a bit wrong here. :p)

Reaching the Airport at 2:30pm. It took us almost an hour to clear Customs.
By the time we got our car, it was 4pm.
Reached Busselton River Resort at 7pm and went out for dinner.

Came back at 9pm, had a long chat with my family.
Then it was time to fix up the bike and unload the luggage.
Finally plonked to bed at 12pm.

Good nite, everyone!
