The rain wiped out most of the morning rides for this week.
It wiped out my planned Thursday evening swim. :(
Woke up on Friday not feeling well.
Could have called in sick, but I couldn't.
Did some self repair and woke up on Saturday drowsy.
Another wipe out. =(
I know I know.
Tons of excuses.
Time is running out.
People get sick from overtraining. I do too.
But I get sick from not training too! Haiz...

Feeling heaty.
Decided that a run will clear the "heat".
With sinus still present, I was contemplating between a 4km run or a longer one.
It become one of those runs where you can keep going.
Too much traffic lights broke the momentum.
Engine stalled after 7km.
Okay... I definitely need some gels or fluid at 6km...
No more playing hero.
Walked most of the remaining 3km home.
