Too much of a good thing may acutally be a bad thing...
I think the two cans of Milo Mocha and 1 bottle of GU Recovery Brew in quick succession brought along the downfall...
Alone, both items works extremely well in their own rights.
Put them together, it is a recipe for disaster.
This is probably a lesson for me to learn that I cannot just take what is going to be offered at IMWA.
If you guys have not heard about it yet, it is food galore during your bike and run leg in IMWA.
Every imaginable food and fruit is available to feast your appetite.
The spread is so nice that Ben took only 1 gel for his entire race!
It may help to wear a compression top for the next Long Ride...

To see another lady falter during IM Regensburg after 2 in IMNZ, I am having mixed thoughts.
Ladies are usually mentally strong...
If they could not conquer the IM race, what is left for me?
My plan now is to do a 2 hour swim, 6 hour bike and leave the rest of the time for the run.
2 hour swim should be do-able...
6 hour bike meant 30kmh throughout the entire 180km.
I would need to average between 34-27kmh for the ride to achieve that.
As for run, I can only try to do more LSDs and hope for the best...
