Key to training is not to get injured, not to get burnt out...
To start too early, you risk burning out.
To start too late, you risk not have enough time to train.
Life love to throw curve balls at us.
It is how you choose to handle things.

Start out on the run at 8pm.
Did a short reverse Yishun Ring Road Run.
Cleared the first kilometer in 5:05min/km.
Must be a fluke, cos I did not wait for the watch to fully locked on before running.
Strange thing is that I usually get the reverse results. (Which is a awful first kilometer pace, cos time starts, but distance not calculating yet. =/)
There is something about the gutters...
Everytime I ran past the top of one opening, I can feel the heat coming out from it. Eeeks...
Yishun Ring Road set of blocks are pretty well spaced out...
Each is approximately 1km apart... Is that intentional, I have no way of telling.
But never let the distance fools you...
The Chong Pang stretch has always seems relatively short for me, but doing the reverse route today, the stretch felt awfully l..o..n..g.
Glad to complete the run in good time. Din Finish Strong though...
