Cannot wait to reach home...
Raring to go for a run...
Reached home, change into my running gear and off I went!
Again, I am determined to measure another route on foot. =D
Weather is more humid as compared to Monday...
Struggled slightly with the thirst during the last 3km.
Pace is slower than Monday.
Lots of perspiration during the first 3km, but very little quantity for the rest of the run, worrying me a little.
1 Gatorade, 1 GU Gel, 10.5km completed.
