Given a specific route, I was instructed by MHA to measure the distance on foot.
Putting on my running gear, I went for a run.
After Sunday's downpour, it is a pretty cooling day for a run.
I think I am getting addicted to Clif Bloks...

CEP Compression Shorts is kinda strange.
It compresses your quads nicely, but it aches where the compression ends down to the knees.
I am starting to notice that I am landing on the outsole of the shoes.
Am I really a mid-foot runner?
There is very little impact on the heel as my feet roll forward.
The knees dun hurt...
It gotta be correct, right? ;)
Haha... actually dun need to be so technicial, right?
As long as there is no knee pain and I clocked the necessary mileage, I should be good?
