At times, you really learn to HATE yourself...
HATE yourself for getting trapped for running around in circles.

Woke up at 4:15am.
After preparing the bike and having brekkie, it just did not happen...
It is those days after my second bike fall where I feel light-headed and wonder if I slept too little.
This has happened way too often. It has got to stop.
I could have gone for a run instead, but I did not.
After a nap, I felt much better.
I guess I really need more sleep.
Exercise can wait...

I missed the Singapore Open Swim Early Bird Registration.
Think I will give the race a miss...
No information on what to expect for the race is a bummer..

Have wanted to sign up for Marina 21K.
A lot of forummers are complaining that it is the most expensive 21km race so far.
21km - $48
A lot of runs are increasing their registration fees!
Best Friend's Run which just pop up into my radar...
15km - $50
But nothing beats Goddess 5K
5km - $35 =D
