Just when I think I screwed up my Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore, the last few days gave me hope.
Hope that I may still be able to finish the race.
Did a 1.5km run in 12 mins. Not the best distance nor timing but that will do.
30 minutes on the bike trainer, 500m on the elliptical trainer and I am done for the day. =)
