Woke up at 4:30am.
Took me a while before I managed to roll out of the house at 5:18am. =p
Less than a kilometer in, I had a great fear!!!
The bike is leaning right, thus I am leaning a lot to the left to compensate.
The feeling din go away till I stopped at the Yishun traffic junction.
At the Sembawang traffic junction, I caught the JoyRiders coat tails.
Very few scattered riders, it should be the Angel Heart Slow and Steady Ride. =D
Seriously speaking, the ride is anything but slow!!!
Manage to catch up with Derek while he is guiding Melvin.
Melvin is a ultra-marathoner who just started out cycling.
Rode with Raphael to Mandai Shell.
While riding downhill towards Mandai Lake Road, the imbalance happen again.
I have to lean left to compensate.
The only difference between this ride and the previous one is the aerobars which I just fitted.
Does it really make such a huge difference?
Alize is generating some interest on every ride. =D
Rode with Raphael and Derek till they peel off at Dairy Farm Road.
I went ahead and pull the group.
Keke, although we just met, Guy and I managed to chat till he peeled off at Newton Shell Station =D
He is taking part in Aviva Ironman Singapore 70.3 and is interested to know about my race experience.
Told him about the water shortage issue of 2009 and 2010.
I took my leave at Marymount Road.
Got back home in time to send Shannon to school. =)
