Woke up feeling slight soreness on the calves. =)
Knowing that DOMS will set in tomorrow, I decided to go for another gym session today.
It started good, but without the TV to distract me, it is going to be tough.
Starting at 8kmh pace, I was bushed after 10 minutes.
15 minutes later, 2km completed and I am done.
Spend 20 minutes, 10km on the spinner bike.
Being a gym rat has its pros and cons.
While I was running on the treadmill, there was a sudden downpour...
I am forced to run at a consistent pace, walking is not an option. =D
It get kinda boring.
You start observing how the others run...
There is a guy running at 13kmh, but he always have one hand on the dashboard.
I am thinking he is afraid of slipping and falling. ;)
Another guy is walking at 4kmh, but he set the incline to the max.
Took a call during the run.
Again, I am surprised I am able to hold a conversation without feeling out of breath. =)
Glad that your arm is better and that you are getting back into the swing of things. Treadmill running is rather boring, but good base training. Keep it up, buddy!
