Spent an entire Friday out, I din packed my bags till Saturday morning.
Luckily, I have gotten everything that I wanted in one location on Thursday, so it is just a matter of stuffing and arranging everything in the bag. ;p

Reach West Coast McD with little time to spare.
Registration, remove the wheels, bike shrink wrapped by DHL, found a good seat and attend the briefing before we are off!
Reaching Kota Tinggi at 8:30am, everyone worked at a frantic pace to get the Ride ready.
Rolled off at 9am.
A dropped bottle after the first pedal stroke started my Ride.
Thanks to Evie for retrieving the bottle for me.
The ride started out good and I started to ride towards the first half of the pack.
Haha, it is always interesting to realise there is a train behind you.
Turning right onto J172, we hit slopes and my train dis-integrated. =D
Kinda regretted riding on Friday... May have felt better if I din ride. =p
Completed 30km and I was amazed...
Less than an hour, including slopes...
Wow, what speed was I doing on the flats?
Was surprised to see the well equipped water point by 100-Plus!
After 2 Red Bulls, a red bean bun and a banana, I continue on my way.
Hitting Sedili, I was expecting more flats and was disappointed to find slopes instead.
Rolling down slopes, I was amused to see my speedometer read 24.9kmh.
Hmm...Something is not right here.
Found out after that ride that there is strong headwind.... =D
At 70km, I am ready to throw in the towel.
The searing heat from the mid-noon sun is unbearable.
Plus the left foot is feeling the pain from the pressure point.
Stopped to loosen the strap and take a breather before continuing.
I was elated when I saw the first round-about.
This is the place I know so well. =)
Reached Petronas and was still undecided whether to do the 150km or just take the shortcut. =p
YP made the decision for me. =D
"Daniel, let's ride straight to the hotel", thus I follow. =D
We were probably the first two riders to reach the hotel. =D
The stronger riders are all doing the 150km route. =p
Without running shoes, I wore my sandals and we both went for a run to flush out the lactic acid. =)
A good Lunch, a nice shower follow by massage from EnerGYworkz.
Dinner is next before we adjourned to our individual rooms.
