Reaching Mandai Shell at 5:35am, I am no longer surprised that I missed the train by a huge margin.
Much as I hate/like it, I am left to cycle alone.
Time and again, I visualise myself flying off the bike...
Will this kind of thoughts keep me more awake?
The very same kind of thoughts that is keep me from going aero. =(
Completed the 40km route within 2 hours. 1:25h moving speed.
Having the watch auto-pausing during breaks can be a motivating factor, but I wonder if it is a good thing.
=====
Friends have doubts that I actually tri to keep fit.
No thanks to the big healthy paunch =D
When they know that I am doing the Half-Ironman, they thought that I am doing the relay.
When it comes to SCSM, it would be 21km.
When I completed the Half Ironman and the SCSM Full Marathon, it really shows that timing does not really matter.
It just awed them that a 0.1 tonner could pull off such a feat.
Am I too hard on myself? ;/
