At this point, it is not how fast I run, but how far I can run without walking.
6.7km in 53:33mins.
The pace is so similar to Tuesday's run that it freaked me. =D

Waking up feeling guilty again, I decided to go for a run.
The hardest part of the run is putting on the pair of running shoes.
Once the shoes are on, the system will engaged automatically...
The will is not as strong as Tuesday.
Thoughts of walking started floating in at 2km and 5km...
Luckily, they disappear just as fast.
Experienced side stitches at 5km, but I am glad that it is just temporary.
The thought that I finished Tuesday's run on a high gives me strength and belief that I can do the same today.
I was not disappointed.
I keep this momentum going as long as I can. =)
