Sometimes it helps if I dun bother to check the overall results.
After seeing the overall results, I get kinda depressed.
(A chat with BFF worked wonders! Thanks, BFF!)

Almost all my friends did a sub-7 for the race.

If only I had trained for the race...
But under the circumstances, training is extremely disruptive, so I should be glad that I even train?

I miss a buoy on my swim and still did a 1:03h.
Extremely shocked on swim exit... Turned out most of the competitors considered it a tough swim.

Pleasantly surprised to see my Bike Timing...
I have not done a 90km ride for a year.
I have not rode more than 55km since Tour de Bintan.
No training in January 2011 and little training in February 2011, I am overjoyed to see that I did a 3:04h ride.

On the run, the first thing that went through my mind when I saw the timing was "The race is mine to lose"

At the end of the day, I am definitely glad I am able to complete the race. =)
