My third visit to the TCM since the fall.
On my request, Mr Neo managed to snap the joint back in place after an hour of treatment.
Din hear the distinct "Click-Clack" sound, but the joint does feel like it is back to its original place.
The hands and feet were refrigerator-cold (as Mr Neo described them) after the session.
Keke, it definitely feels like dry ice...
I am able to touch my right shoulder with my right hand and hold my arm out straight.
I carry a silly grin on my face while walking home.
I have not been able to do these two simple tasks for what seems like an eternity.
Took a nap after lunch and woke up to find to my dismay that I was not able to the "Touch Shoulder" routine again! Sighz...
But I am able to straighten my arm and the joint still seems to be in its socket, so not all is lost I guess.
My right arm feels weak right now and has been quite limp for the whole day while the bandage is in place.
No heavy stuff for the moment and definitely no exercise for a while longer.
But I will have to start my training soon, before I scream "BSKL!"
For those who are still trying to persuade me to take up Ironman China...
With my current training base, the race will be a goner for me before it even started.
